Elegant combinations of plant-based cuisine and wine
Vegan cuisine asserts itself as a refined gastronomy, driven by the freshness of plant-based ingredients, the precision of seasonings and the diversity of textures. Roasted vegetables, aromatic herbs, citrus fruits, fragrant oils, dried fruits and umami notes make up creative plates, offering the ideal terrain for subtle pairings with wine.
Vegan-certified wines, with consistency
At Château Sainte Marguerite, our vintages are certified vegan because no animal products are used in their manufacture. During the fining stage, traditionally carried out with animal proteins, we use pea proteins. This technical choice preserves the aromatic purity of the wine while respecting an approach consistent with vegetal cuisine, without compromising the elegance, precision and style of our cuvées.
