Through An exceptional terroir, We're inaugurating a series of exclusive dinners celebrating the richness and authenticity of our heritage.
For three months, a monthly rendezvous will honor an emblematic local product.
This experience is an opportunity to meet the producer.
On the program:
- 19h30 : home to the
- 8:00 pm: start of dinner at the table
- 10:00 pm: closing ceremony
For this edition, the product celebrated is a jewel of French gastronomy: seafood products from the Giol Tamaris family and local fishermen.
It will be sublimated through an imagined and realized menu highlighting all the richness, finesse and uniqueness of these exceptional products.
We offer a selection of cuvées from the Les Fantastiques carefully selected to create harmonious food and wine pairings that reveal the full richness of flavours.
This experience is a gourmet and authentic way to rediscover the talents and products of our region.
