Through An exceptional terroir, We're inaugurating a series of exclusive dinners celebrating the richness and authenticity of our heritage.
For three months, a monthly rendezvous will honor an emblematic local product.
This experience is an opportunity to meet the producer.
On the program:
- 19h30 : home to the
- 8:00 pm: start of dinner at the table
- 10:00 pm: closing ceremony
For this second edition, the product celebrated is a jewel of French gastronomy: Gascon pork from the Duler House, voted best ham in the world.
It will be sublimated through a menu imagined and created by the Duler House, The result is an exceptional meat that's rich, delicate and unique.
We offer a selection of cuvées from the Les Fantastiques carefully selected to create harmonious food and wine pairings that reveal the full richness of flavours.
This experience is a gourmet and authentic way to rediscover the talents and products of our region.
