Through An exceptional terroir, We're inaugurating a series of exclusive dinners celebrating the richness and authenticity of our heritage.
For three months, a monthly event will feature an emblematic local product, accompanied by a meeting with the producer who brings it to life.
On the program:
- 19h30 : home to the
- 8:00 pm: start of dinner at the table
- 10:00 pm: closing ceremony
For this first edition, Chef Christophe Ribeyron has created a menu specially designed to enhance the guest product: truffles.
A selection from the Les Fantastiques to accompany dinner, in harmony with the culinary creations.
This experience is a gourmet and authentic way to rediscover the talents and products of our region.
