Three-course menu to match Château Sainte Marguerite wines, prepared by Greg Berton, Chef at Les Tamaris - Chez Raymond.
From €20 per person
To introduce guests to the history of Château Sainte Marguerite, the Fayard family is welcoming a limited number of guests to its table for three intimate, convivial dinners this spring. The evening begins with a tour of the estate, and continues with a tasting of the following menu
in three phases, in harmony with the Château Sainte Marguerite cuvées and the discovery of a new cuvée. A unique opportunity to discuss the history and know-how of the estate with those who have been its craftsmen for two generations.
In April, Chef Greg Berton of the restaurant "Les Tamaris - Chez Raymond", in Le Lavandou, offers a menu based around wood-grilled fish.
