Pair your dishes with Symphonie Blanc

design-sans-titre-6
design-without-title-6

The vintage Symphonie Blanc is a lively, fruity white wine made from a terroir in La Londe and Pierrefeu. Its aromas of pear and exotic fruit, enhanced by a slight acidity, reflect the brilliance and freshness characteristic of this Cru Classé AOC Côtes-de-Provence certified organic and vegan. This cuvée goes perfectly with Mediterranean dishes and seafood, for simple or refined pairings.

What to serve as an aperitif with Symphonie Blanc?

Visit Symphonie Blanc sublimates fresh, colorful appetizers. Opt for fresh cheese and herb tartines, zucchini and ricotta rolls, or citrus-marinated shrimp. The wine's liveliness brings out the white and exotic fruit notes, while its lightness enhances the freshness of the products.

Which Symphonie Blanc appetizer to serve with?

For starters, Symphonie Blanc is an ideal partner for dishes with soft textures and delicate aromas. A scallop carpaccio with olive oil and lemon or a ceviche of sea bream with citrus fruits reveal the wine's finesse. For a more gourmet option, a cauliflower velouté with coconut milk or an asparagus and citrus risotto underscores the fruity, slightly acidic balance of this cuvée.

Symphonie Blanc and main courses

The vintage Symphonie Blanc is a wonderful accompaniment to Mediterranean dishes and seafood. A perfect match for sea bass en papillote with fresh herbs, turbot with lemon butter or grilled prawns. The wine's freshness and exotic notes enhance the iodized flavors and delicate textures of fish and seafood.

For poultry dishes, opt for light preparations such as roast chicken with citrus fruit or guinea fowl with pear cream and mild spices, which match the liveliness and fruitiness of Symphonie Blanc.

Symphonie Blanc and cheese

This white wine also goes well with soft or lightly ripened cheeses. A fresh goat's cheese, a blue-veined cheese or a sheep's cheese with Provencal herbs will bring out the freshness of the wine while adding a subtle aromatic dimension to the pairing.

What dessert should Symphonie Blanc be served with?

To end a meal on a fruity note, pair Symphonie Blanc with an exotic fruit salad, pears in light syrup or a fine apple and almond tart. The wine's expressive aromas and light acidity create a natural balance with fresh or slightly sweet fruit desserts.

Respectful winemaking for an expressive cuvée

Visit White Symphony 2025 is made exclusively from Rolle (Vermentino) from a massal selection. After a light cold skin maceration, the wine is pressed and vinified in temperature-controlled vats on fine lees, then fined and filtered before bottling. This careful vinification preserves the wine's freshness, brightness and vivacity, while fully expressing its aromatic notes of exotic fruits and pears.
