Established on some of the finest terroirs of AOC C\u00f4tes de Provence, such as <strong>La Londe<\/strong>, <strong>Cuers<\/strong>, <strong>Pierrefeu<\/strong> and <strong>Hyeres<\/strong>s. Our vines draw their character from the richness of their soils and the diversity of their climates. Each has a direct influence on the profile of our wines:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Micaschist<\/strong> :A blend of schist and light minerals, favoring deep rooting and optimal drainage. It's at the heart of some of our finest ros\u00e9 parcels, such as those in the <strong>Fantastic Ros\u00e9 2024<\/strong>where it expresses finesse and minerality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Flint chips<\/strong> : This soil lends tension and verticality to our whites, particularly in our cuv\u00e9e <strong>Marguerites en Provence White 2023<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clay<\/strong> Deep and water-retaining, it favors slow ripening. Ideal for structured reds like our <strong>Marguerites en Provence Red 2021<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Schist<\/strong> Poor and well-drained, it allows the roots to plunge deep into the soil. It's the hallmark of our characterful ros\u00e9s, especially the <strong>Symphonie Ros\u00e9 2024<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Limestone<\/strong> : Very present on the estate, it brings uprightness and minerality to several of our cuv\u00e9es, including the <strong>Fantastic Red 2022<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grape varieties in harmony with their soil<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Each grape variety we grow is associated with the soil that allows it to express itself fully.<br>Visit <strong>Grenache<\/strong> and the <strong>Cinsault<\/strong>The mainstays of our ros\u00e9s, they express themselves perfectly on micashist and limestone soils.<br>Visit <strong>Syrah<\/strong>a structuring grape variety, reveals its full potential on deep clay soils.<br>Visit <strong>Rolle (Vermentino)<\/strong>draws freshness and tension from flint-rich soils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Respecting our terroirs, enhancing our cuv\u00e9es<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Our approach has always been based on sustainable viticulture, attentive to natural balances. Every decision, from the vine to the cellar, aims to reveal the authenticity of our terroirs and the uniqueness of each vintage.<br>Through our vintages <strong><a
