Our bright reception room overlooks our vineyards. Our chef Christophe Ribeyron<\/a> offers a selection of ten creations, both sweet and savory. Seasonal produce is carefully selected to create balanced, subtle combinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each dish showcases the culinary expertise of our team: from revisited viennoiseries to savory plates with Mediterranean influences. Every step of the way, this brunch is a testament to our commitment to demanding, masterful cuisine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tasting with respect for the terroir<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This experience<\/a> is complemented by a commented tasting of our cuv\u00e9e Fantastique<\/a>presented as an expression of the Ch\u00e2teau Sainte Marguerite terroir. This tasting is part of an approach to discovering and passing on winegrowing know-how, in keeping with the identity of our estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
