 It is the original soil of the Château Sainte Marguerite. This site is planted in a mosaic form made up of 26 small parcels around the cellar. Old vines of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Ugni-blanc, Rolle, and Sémillon are arranged here into small rectangles on an arid and rocky ground. Presented with a low yield, the diversity and the extravagance of these vines allow the production of fine, authentic and original wines. La Désirade, Saint Pons, Valcros.
