 Third son of the Fayard family, Guillaume involved himself very young in the Château Sainte Marguerite adventure. In 1998 he graduated from the agricultural college of Hyères les palmiers. The following year he bought the vines of Saint Martin's la Toche on the terroir of Cuers and created his own label Château Hermitage Saint Martin.
